Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest, Citations

ST. CLOUD - One person was arrested, and three were given a ticket, during a traffic stop in St. Cloud on Saturday night.

Officers stopped the vehicle on Highway 23 because it had no tail lights.  They allegedly found a variety of alcohol and illegal drugs.

Arrested was the driver 20-year-old Ross Bialka of Holdingford.  He was booked and released.

Three passengers were given tickets, 26-year-old James Owen of Holdingford, 18-year-old Candace Wasner of Albany, and 20-year-old Brandon Kollmann of St. Cloud.
