The St. Cloud Rox lost 11-10 in Thunder Bay to the Border Cats Thursday night.  St. Cloud scored 4 runs in the 8th inning and 3 more runs in the 9th inning but their comeback came up short.  Zach Hirsch allowed 12 hits and 8 earned runs in 4 2/3 innings to take the loss for the Rox.  Boo Vazquez was 2-5 with 3 RBIs and Mark Rhine drove in 3 runs for St. Cloud.

The Rox are 10-10 in the 2nd half of the season and 2 games back of Duluth for 1st place in the 2nd half North Division standings.  The Rox play at Thunder Bay again tonight at 6:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:35.
