WILLMAR - The jury has been set in the Timothy Huber murder trial in Willmar.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) will be an off day and opening statements and testimony will begin at 9 a.m. Thursday.

The whole week had been set aside for jury selection but it went faster than planned, with the 14th juror being chosen early this afternoon.

Huber, 47, of rural Paynesville is charged with 1st and 2nd Degree Murder for the October 8th 2011 shooting of Tim Larson of Albertville on Larson's father's farm in Burbank Township near Belgrade.

In August Huber's 82-year-old father Delbert admitted shooting Larson and is now serving a 30-year prison term, and now prosecutors will try and convince the jury he knew Delbert planned to shoot Larson, and maybe even encouraged him to do so.

Tim Huber is being held on 1 million dollars bail in the Kandiyohi County Jail.
