SAUK RAPIDS - A teenage boy was robbed at gunpoint in Sauk Rapids.

Police say the incident happened at about 6:00 p.m. last (Sunday) night in the area of 6th Avenue and 7th Street North.

The 16-year-old boy was walking along the street  when two cars stopped beside him and two black men got out.

One of the men was described as being in his mid 20's, had his hair braided in corn rows, with blond flecks in it.  He was wearing black leather like pants and a black jacket.  The suspect demanded his wallet and then punched him. The other suspect had a handgun.

The cars are described as a 1990's Red Ford Taurus and a 1990's tan Pontiac Bonneville.
