ST. CLOUD — A Zimmerman man has been formally charged in the incident where a St. Cloud cab driver was robbed at gunpoint.

19-year-old Treyvon Dudley has been charged with one count of aiding and abetting first degree aggravated robbery.

According to the criminal complaint, Dudley and three juveniles devised a plan to rob someone for money last Tuesday night. Records show a juvenile girl dispatched a cab to the 2100 block of 8th Street North. Dudley is accused of then driving the group to the scene where one of the boys got into the front passenger seat and shut off the ignition. The other boy allegedly held a gun to the cab driver and demanded money. The driver gave the group some money and they left.

Police later found the group at a home in Sartell.

According to the criminal complaint, all four have admitted being involved in the planning of the robbery and being present when it happened.
