Teen Arrested for Sex With 14-year-Old

ST. CLOUD -- A 17-year-old boy faces criminal charges after having sex with a 14-year-old girl.

Police found the couple in a car parked in the 1300 block of University Drive Southeast at about 2:30 this morning.

Officers learned the 17-year-old Sauk Rapids boy and the 14-year-old St. Cloud girl were having consensual sex, but due to the age difference, the boy faces a charge of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct.

Officers also found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the car and returned both teens to their parents.
