Another Shooting Near St. Paul Vigil

A young man was shot in St. Paul the same night of a vigil for a woman who was fatally shot two blocks away. Police spokesman Howie Padilla says the man was conscious and breathing when taken to the hospital after the shooting about 8:45 p.m. Monday.
