There was A room full of people with mixed feelings over a proposed new government center in St. Joseph. The St. Joseph City Council called for a special meeting this evening (Monday) explaining the plans for the new facility.
The city of St. Joseph has been awarded a $600,000 state grant to help residents fix up their homes. City Administrator Judy Weyrens says the money will be distributed through the Central Minnesota Housing Partnership.
