The St. Cloud Rox notched their fifth straight victory in a contest against Eau Claire, while the Minnesota Lynx and Twins both made their way back to the win column as well.

The St. Cloud Rox dominated in another home matchup against the Duluth Huskies to notch their fourth straight win, while the Minnesota Twins blew an early lead and lost to the Houston Astros in game one of the weekend series.

The Minnesota Twins notched a comeback win over Kansas City, and the St. Cloud Rox completed a sweep of Duluth on a Saturday afternoon that was also full of prep post-season action.

The St. Cloud Rox welcomed back fans to Joe Faber Field and earned their first win of the season, the Minnesota Lynx picked up a second straight win, the Twins got stomped by Kansas City, and post-season play continued for central Minnesota prep baseball and softball teams.

The Mankato Moon Dogs completed a 2-game sweep of the St. Cloud Rox with a 2-1 walk off win Thursday night in Mankato. James Shimashita singled in Mathew Higgins in the 9th inning to lift the Moon Dogs to the 2-1 win. Mankato scored the first run of the game 4th inning before St. Cloud tied the game in the 8th inning with a Nate Swarts RBI single scoring Justin Kirby.

The St. Cloud Rox have revealed their 2021 promotions to add to the excitement surrounding the upcoming baseball season.

The St. Cloud Rox will have a new Field Manager when the season returns next year.

St. Cloud Rox Managing Partner and co-owner Scott Schreiner joined me on WJON for our "My Life" series. Scott is a native of St. Nicholas near Cold Spring in Central Minnesota. He grew up with his brother and 2 sisters on a dairy farm. Scott talks about the work ethic he learned from his parents growing up knowing that doing work for the family farm was a priority.

ROCHESTER - The St. Cloud Rox were able to ride a big 5th inning on Tuesday night as they took down the Rochester Honkers 9-3. St. Cloud put the game away in that inning thanks to three bases loaded walks, followed by a 3 run double from Ben Norman.

The St. Cloud Rox took down the Willmar Stingers in the series opener on Saturday.
