New Parking Rules on St. Cloud’s 5th Avenue South Start Thursday Night

Some new parking rules go into effect tomorrow (Thursday) night on 5th Avenue in downtown St. Cloud. The St. Cloud Police Department is beginning a pilot project in the 10 block of 5th Avenue South - that's the block from the Press Bar on the north end to Subway on the South end.
