Man Arrested in Cold Spring Cop Death Pleads in Stalking Case

A man arrested but not charged in the killing of Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker has pleaded guilty to stalking his ex-girlfriend in Wright County. Thirty-four-year-old Ryan Michael Larson pleaded guilty Tuesday to the felony stalking charge. Sentencing is scheduled for May 7.
