A ROCORI seventh grader is expected to be charged with second degree assault after a gun incident at the Middle School Tuesday. Stearns County Attorney Janelle Kendall says a petition has been filed alleging that the student should be charged.

A ROCORI Middle schooler is in custody after being found with a gun. At about 9:00 a.m. this (Tuesday) morning, other students reported to the principal that they saw the student with the gun. The student was immediately taken into custody and searched. The gun was found in the student's locker.
