Cold Spring City Council members got an update on the proposed ROCORI Trail Wednesday night. The three phase project will connect the communities of Richmond, Cold Spring and Rockville. It will also make a connection to the Glacial lakes Trail to the west with possibly the Lake Wobegon Trail to the east.
