Prosecutors in Minneapolis have dismissed most of the charges filed in connection with last month's water balloon attack on riders of a pedaling pub. City Attorney Susan Segal says there wasn't enough evidence to continue with the cases against four men.
Minneapolis officials plan to hold hearings this month on so-called "pedal pubs." Those are the bars on wheels that are driven down the street powered by pedaling beer drinkers. The state prohibits having open alcohol contained in vehicles.
