February 1, 2012 The Minnesota Wild suffered a devastating loss at home to Nashville 5-4 Tuesday night. Minnesota took a 4-1 lead early in the 3rd period but Nashville came stormin' back to tie the game at 4 with 3 minutes left and scored the game-winner with :24 seconds remaining. Dany Heatley had 2 goals and 1 assist, Kyle Brodziak and Cal Clutterbuck each scored 1 goal for Minnesota. Josh Harding had 25 saves for the Wild.
January 31, 2012 The Minnesota Wild are getting healthier as wing Guillaume Latendresse is nearing a return. He's been out with a concussion but is now skating with the team. Mikko Koivu (separated shoulder) is also skating with the team but appears to be further away from returning. Pierre-Marc Bouchard remains out with concussion-like symptoms.
January 25, 2012 The Minnesota Wild downed Colorado 3-2 in Denver Tuesday night to take a 2-game winning streak into the NHL All Star Break. Carson McMillan scored the game-winning goal breaking the 2-all tie in the 3rd period. Dany Heatley and Justin Falk each scored a goal for the Wild. Niklas Backstrom had 24 saves for Minnesota. The Wild outshot Colorado 34-26.
January 20, 2012 The Minnesota Wild lost 4-1 at Toronto Thursday night. Minnesota has lost 15 of their last 17 and is 22-18-7 overall. Nick Johnson scored the lone Wild goal after they fell behind 4-0 in the 3rd period. Niklas Backstrom had 29 saves for the Wild. Minnesota was outshot 33-21 by Toronto.

January 13, 2012 The Minnesota Wild lost 5-2 at Chicago Thursday night. Dave Bolland scored 2 goals for the Blackhawks. Devin Setoguchi and Kyle Brodziak each scored a goal for the Wild. Josh Harding had 17 goals but 4 goals allowed and was benched in favor of Matt Hackett. Hackett forced 8 shots with 8 saves.
January 12, 2012 The Minnesota Wild will play the forseeable future without wing Pierre-Marc Bouchard because of another suffered concussion. Bouchard took an inadvertent elbow to the head a week ago against Vancouver. He missed a combined 104 games over 2 seasons from 2009-2011 because of a previous concussion. Bouchard says he's not able to exercise until is current headaches subside.
January 11, 2012 The Minnesota Wild downed San Jose 5-4 in an overtime shootout Tuesday night. Mikko Koivu scored the game-winning goal in the shootout. Matt Cullen scored a goal in regulation and one in the shootout. Cal Clutterbuck had a goal and an assist and Casey Wellman had 2 assists for the Wild. Josh Harding had 34 saves for Minnesota.
January 11, 2012 The Minnesota Wild will play without Pierre-Marc Bouchard again after he was diagnosed with another concussion. Bouchard was scratched from Tuesday night's game against San Jose. He missed all but 1 game in the 2009-2010 season with a severe concussion. Wild General Manager Chuck Fletcher says Bouchard's symptoms this time are "nowwhere near as severe" as 2 years ago.
