A Sartell boy's heartfelt wish came true Friday afternoon. Eight-year-old Jackson Stewart, a student at Oak Ridge Elementary, was surprised with a special pep rally to unveil his new kitty cat golf cart.
Make-A-Wish Minnesota has cut ties with a vehicle-donation charity that is being investigated by Minnesota's attorney general. Car Donation Foundation was accused last week of putting little money toward its advertised mission while steering millions to for-profit companies owned by the group's founders.
