Watch for slowdowns on Highway 10 between Rice and Cushing today (Wednesday). MnDOT crews are sealing cracks in the pavement on several highways, including Highway 10.

State troopers say a pedestrian who was crossing a highway in Anoka has died after being struck by a vehicle. The Minnesota State Patrol says the accident happened Monday about 7:40 p.m. as the woman tried to cross Highway 10.

Eastbound traffic on Highway 10 was backed-up between Rice and St. Cloud this (Wednesday) morning. The State Patrol says two semis collided.

Benton County is getting nearly $3 million in grant money to improve the interchange between Highway 10 and Golden Spike Road.

Starting next spring a new interchange project will take place at Highway 10 and Benton County Road 2 in Rice. You can get a look at the project at an open house tomorrow.

Expect some minor traffic delays, some weekday lane closures, traffic shifts and reduced speeds on some central Minnesota highways starting this week. The Minnesota Department of Transportation has announced a list of projects which will be re-surfaced in the next several weeks.
