A St. Cloud man is jailed on drug charges after an early morning raid by police. The Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force and St. Cloud Police SWAT team served a search warrant at 345 19th Avenue North before dawn. Officers found the suspect, 30-year-old Antoine Dodd, inside.
