SCSU Monitors Disruptive Student Behavior
Officials at St. Cloud State University say they have a team in place to deal with disruptive students. Wanda Overland is the Vice President of Student Life Development. She says they put together the Behavioral Intervention Team about three years ago, after the shooting at Virginia Tech.
