Swanville Man Sentenced in Sexual Assault of Young Girl

LITTLE FALLS -- A Morrison County judge has sentenced a Swanville man to 12 years in prison for raping a six year-old girl.

34-year-old Jason Kirk was found guilty of first degree criminal sexual conduct on July 24th.

The assault took place in Swanville back in January 2013.

As part of his sentence, Kirk must also register as a sex offender and will be on probation for ten years after his release from prison.
