Stearns County Releases Transcripts of 911 Calls in Decker Case

COLD SPRING - The Stearns County Sheriff's Department has released the transcripts of the two 911 calls received at or about 10:47 p.m. on November 29th, the night of the murder of Cold Spring Police Officer Tom Decker.

In the first call, the caller tells dispatchers that a noisy black van had driven away as the caller was coming up to their car and saw Decker lying in the parking lot.

In the second 911 call, the caller tells a dispatcher “Officer down.”
