ST. CLOUD -- Stearns County commissioners have approved some changes to their parks and trail ordinance.

One of the changes opens the door for controlled hunts in a county park but only with county board approval and on a case-by-case basis.

Another change in the ordinance allows horseback riding on the Dairyland trail and Rockville County Park.

Finally, the last amendment makes the county's alcohol regulations more consistent by banning kegs in all county parks and establishing alcohol-free zones at any and all swimming beaches yet to be established.
