ST. JOSEPH – A State Patrol squad car was hit during a multi vehicle crash on Interstate 94.

The State Patrol says the incident happened at about 4:20 p.m. on Sunday near St. Joseph.

The squad car was parked on the shoulder on the eastbound lanes, when two vehicles start to slide out of control.  A total of four vehicles were involved in the wreck, one of them struck the back of the Trooper’s vehicle, which was not occupied at the time.

All of the injuries were minor.  The name of the trooper was not released.
