UPDATE: State Patrol Releases Name Of Man Killed In Highway 12 Crash

DASSEL - The Minnesota State Patrol has released more information about a deadly crash yesterday (Monday) morning on Highway 12.

The sideswipe type crash involving a car and a semi happened at about 7:10 a.m. on Highway 12, just east of Dassel in Meeker County.

The State Patrol says the man killed in the crash was 23-year-old Kristopher Tanner of Dassel. He was driving a 2006 Volkswagen.

A passenger in the semi was 50-year-old Bruce Resch of Royalton.  He was not hurt.
