St. Paul Robbery Suspect Found And Arrested On Southside Of St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - The St. Cloud Police Department SWAT Team and Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force searched the home of 1225 13th Street SE in St. Cloud just after 2:00 a.m. Friday.

Police believed 36 year-old Daniel Castillo of St. Paul was staying at the home. Castillo had an active arrest warrant out for aggravated robbery. Before searching the house police believed Castillo may be armed with a handgun so the SWAT team was called in.

Police did find a 9mm handgun in the area where Castillo had stayed.

Castillo was arrested and taken to Stearns County Jail where he was booked for his outstanding charges.
