St. Cloud Women Suffers Minor Injuries After Being Hit By A Car
ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud women suffered minor injuries after being hit by a car yesterday (Thursday).
The incident happened at the intersection of 5th Avenue South and 1st Street South just before 9:00 a.m.
48-year-old Jeanette Burson was walking across 5th Avenue South in the cross walk when she was hit by a car that went through the intersection.
24-year-old Ubah Tohob, of Waite Park, was the driver of the vehicle.
Burson was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with minor injuries.
Tohob was cited for failing to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and inattentive driving.
