St. Cloud Man Facing Charges After Allegedly Trying to Choke Fiance’

ST. CLOUD - A 22-year-old St. Cloud man has been arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his fiance'. St. Cloud police say they were called to a home in the 1300 block of 11th Avenue North at about 12:30 a.m. this (Friday) morning.

Twenty-two-year-old Deshawntrea Russell caused minor injuries while trying to choke is 21-year-old finance' from St. Paul.

Russell is facing charges of felony domestic assault by strangulation, and domestic assault.
