St.Cloud Man Charged With DWI

Police responded to a suspicious vehicle call near the intersection of Briar lane and Bent Tree Drive just after 10pm Friday night.
Police say the car was stopped but running for about 30 minutes before they arrived.
Officers found Donald Green Junior to be very intoxicated and had an open alcoholic beverage in the passenger side of the vehicle. Green performed field sobriety tests poorly and ultimately refused a breath test. Green has three previous DWI convictions within 10 years and is being held in the Stearns County Jail on charges of first degree DWI, First Degree DWI refusal and open container in a motor vehicle.
