St. Cloud Man Arrested For Alleged Death Threats

ST. CLOUD -- A St. Cloud man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after allegedly threatening to kill two women.

Sergeant Jason Burke says they responded to a threat complaint just before 11:00 a.m. near Highway 10 and East St. Germain Street in St. Cloud.

Burke says an 18-year-old woman and a 22-year-old woman, told police they were smoking meth with 43-year-old Rick Morehouse at his house, when he threatened to kill them and wouldn't let them leave.

Police say Morehouse was later found in the 100 block of Columbia Avenue Southeast at about 1:00 p.m.

He was arrested and taken to the Benton County Jail. He faces charges of threats of violence and kidnapping.
