ST. CLOUD - Everything from chiropractors to organically grown food can be found at this year's Health and Wellness Expo.

Over 100 exhibitors will be displaying what they have to offer at River's Edge Convention Center until 2:00 p.m. today (Saturday) for the expo.

Returning to the expo for a second year is St. Cloud's Advantage Chiropractic, Dr. Mark Roerick says he's surprised by how quickly people started coming into the expo.

"They just opened the doors and a lot of people came in and I know there's a lot of great booths here because we've done some of these [expo's] in the past." -Roerick

Besides organizations that focus on physical health issues the expo also has organizations that focus on mental health issues.

Heels for Combat Boots set up a booth to gain awareness for post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injuries.

Minnesota chapter district director Angie Erickson "Juicy Jill" says this is their first year at the expo and they are excited to be here and raise money for service members that suffer from PTSD and traumatic brain injuries.

"We'd love to raise $500 today (Saturday) for traumatic brain injury month." - Erickson

The Health and Wellness Expo is free for anyone to attend.
