St. Cloud Bicyclist Struck By Car

A 26-year old St. Cloud resident suffered multiple abrasions and cuts when the bicycle he was riding was struck by vehicle at Cooper Avenue South and University Drive South Saturday afternoon.

52-year old Willliam Fletcher of Saint Cloud was making a right turn on red to go south on Cooper Avenue when he struck Dustin Shears.

Fletcher had stopped for the red light and struck Shears at a very low speed.

Shears was taken to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
