UNDATED - The National Weather Service says a Wind Chill Advisory for much of the state will continue through Noon Saturday.

Dangerously cold conditions will persist through much of the weekend, with wind chill advisories in effect across much of the region into Saturday morning.

Wind chill readings between 25 below and 35 below will be common during the nighttime hours.

Highs today and Saturday will mostly be in the single digits above zero, with lows between 5 below and 20 below for Saturday morning.

A round of powdery snowfall is expected across much of southern Minnesota and Wisconsin on Sunday into Monday, with 1 to 3 inches appearing likely.
