Six Months in Jail for Woman Who Assaulted Boy
WINONA, Minn. (AP) - A former La Crescent-Hokah School District employee has been sentenced to six months in prison for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy.
Forty-four-year-old Pamela Ann Fahy will also spend 15 years on probation after pleading guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct. The boy told investigators he and Fahy had sex on a number of occasions over the past six months.
Fahy resigned from the school district where she was a paraprofessional. Reports say two foster children were removed from her care.
