SARTELL -- Sartell is asking its residents and businesses to take a few minutes to respond to a 10 question survey.

The survey was developed by a state body called the Council on Local Results and Innovation. It is designed to help elected officials determine how efficient city services are being provided and what taxpayers think of the services.

To participate, you must be a resident or business owner in Sartell and the survey is limited to one per household or per business.

Sartell officials are encouraging everyone to respond to get the most accurate results possible.

A link to the survey is available on the city's website or you can fill out a paper copy at City Hall.

The deadline to take the questionnaire is Friday, December 9th.
