Saint Cloud Man Sought For Domestic Assault

Saint Cloud Police are looking for a 33-year old Saint Cloud man after a 23-year woman was assaulted at an address in the 10 block of 20th Avenue South. The woman received minor injuries and refused treatment about 4am Saturday morning. Police say Robert Joe Rucker fled the scene on foot prior to officers arriving. Rucker had an active warrant for his arrest and there is probable cause to arrest him for felony domestic assault due to prior assault convictions. Rucker's location is unknown and the case is being forwarded to the Stearns County attorney's office for charges against Rucker.
