Rick Grundhoefer, 47, Foley

Rick Grundhoefer, age 47, of Foley, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Visitation will be from 4-9 PM Friday, May 29, 2015 at Foley Funeral Home. A time of remembrance will be held at 7 PM Friday evening.

Eric 'Rick' Grundhoefer was born March 9, 1968 in St. Cloud, Minnesota the son of Theodore Grundhoefer and Janis Brown. Rick spent all of his life in the Foley area. He was passionate about his masonry and concrete business that he owned and operated for over 25 years. He enjoyed restoring old cars, drag racing, 4H, beef cattle farming and especially enjoyed snowmobiling trips to Wyoming.

He is survived by his daughters: Kayla and Katie of Foley; mother, Janis Brown of Foley; father, Theodore of Florida; sisters: Tanya (Cale) Cripe of Sartell, Nicole (Craig) Nelson of Newton, IA and Stacie (Charlie) Adou of Mesa, AZ; mother of his children, Pam Hupe of Foley; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
