ST. CLOUD -- A Richmond man has pleaded guilty to crimes stemming from three separate incidents in Stearns County late last year.

Eighteen-year-old Jeremiah Chiado has pleaded guilty to fifth-degree drug possession and having a dangerous weapon on school property after authorities found marijuana wax and two knives on school property last December.

Chiado has also pleaded guilty to third degree criminal sexual conduct after having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl in November of last year.

Finally, Chiado pleaded guilty to an amended count of second degree assault for entering a Cold Spring home, holding a knife to a 16-year-old boy's throat and demanding his water bong back, also in December 2015.

Chiado is expected to be sentenced to two years and nine months in prison when he's sentenced April 14th. He must also register as a predatory offender, undergo a chemical dependency evaluation and psychosexual evaluation. Chiado can have no contact with the female victim and no contact with children under the age of 16.
