ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - A Richmond man faces assault charges after a road rage incident last weekend.

Thirty-two-year-old Ryan Storms was charged Tuesday with three counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

Storms is accused of threatening a driver and two passengers with a handgun Sunday on Minnesota Highway 23.
Storms reportedly told investigators the people in the other car wouldn't let him pass.

According to the complaint, Storms pulled alongside the other car and held a pistol up against the driver's window of his vehicle.

The complaint says Storms continued to follow the other vehicle until a state trooper pulled him over during a traffic stop.

Storms remained in the Stearns County Jail with bail set at $50,000.
