Rekindled Fire In Brooklyn Center Causes 2nd Evacuation
BROOKLYN CENTER (AP) - Residents of an apartment complex in Brooklyn Center have been evacuated for a second time after a fire rekindled.
The original fire started Sunday evening at River Glen Apartments. Officials say the fire started in the kitchen of a first-floor apartment. All but six residents were allowed to return to their apartments Sunday night.
The fire rekindled Monday morning, causing residents to leave their homes once again.
