Red Lake Woman Arrested For Heroin in Motley

MOTLEY -- A traffic stop landed a Red Lake woman in jail after authorities found heroin in her vehicle.

Morrison County Sheriff Shawn Larsen says around 5:45 p.m. Saturday, a deputy patrolling Motley pulled over 34-year-old Lebartta Geionety. During the stop, the deputy noticed drug paraphernalia.

A full search of the car turned up around nine grams of heroin. Geionety is being held in Morrison County Jail, awaiting formal charges.
