Rear-End Crash Hurts Otsego Man

ELK RIVER -- An Otsego man was hurt after a two vehicle crash in Sherburne County today (Friday).

The State Patrol says 34-year-old Joseph Noreen was heading south on Highway 169 at Highway 10 when he slowed to a stop for a red light. A tandem truck driven by 45-year-old Howard Bixby of Ogilvie was unable to stop in time and rear-ended Noreen's minivan.

Noreen was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Bixby was not hurt.
