Princeton Man Seriously Hurt in Benton County Crash
GILMAN -- A Princeton man was critically hurt after a crash in Benton County Monday evening.
Sheriff's officials say 33-year-old Jeremiah Holmberg failed to yield at the intersection of County Road 5 and County Road 6 and collided with a pick-up truck and trailer.
The crash happened at about 6:15 p.m. Monday.
Holmberg was airlifted to the North Memorial Medical Center. A passenger in his car, 23-year-old Destiny Cornwell suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Princeton Hospital.
The driver of the pick-up and a passenger in that vehicle were not hurt.
A final determination on charges is pending.
