Power Out for About 400 Xcel Energy Customers

UNDATED - About 400 Xcel Energy customers are without power this morning.

Customers in the West St. Cloud, Waite Park, Rockville and Cold Spring areas are affected.

The outage began at about 3:30 a.m. Xcel is estimating to have the power restored to those customers by about 8:15 a.m.
