ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police have taken several complaints of fake money orders, and residents receiving phone calls about their bank accounts.

After responding to these ads, citizens are sent fake money orders up to $800.  Your then asked to cash the money order and send a large portion of the money back to the company.  The result can be overdrafts for the citizens.

Some people have also received phone calls to verify their social security number and bank account information.
