ST. CLOUD -- An extra enforcement patrol by the St. Cloud Police Department continued as planned over the weekend despite RumRunner's decision to cancel the event that prompted the move.

Promoters called the 18-plus event “St. Cloud: The Takeover” and would have bused people from the Twin Cities to the show.

But RumRunners Bar owner Jamie Dickmann says he decided to cancel the event because of public safety concerns.

Police had extra officers on hand in downtown St. Cloud anyway conducting foot patrols and traffic stops.

Four people were arrested for underage drinking, two for disorderly conduct, one for providing false information to police, a fake I.D. arrest and a second degree assault arrest from an active case the week before.

Traffic enforcement led to a pair of driving after revocation arrests and a marijuana drug possession ticket.
