Meet Sabrina and Scooter. Two adoptable pets at the Tri-County Humane Society.

Tri-County Humane Society

Sabrina is a mild-mannered 2 ½ year old spayed cat waiting for that right person to love her as much as she will love them! Sabrina and her pal Perry came to the shelter just before Thanksgiving because their owner could no longer afford to keep them. In her previous home Sabrina was pleased to be in company of children, dogs and other cats. We are still offering the “Name Your Price” promotion on cats 6 months of age and older. Stop by and meet Sabrina and all of the others calling the cat room their home until a real one comes along!

Scooter is a neutered 2 year old Jack Russell Terrier who was surrendered because he needs a home without children to worry him. When he’s worried, he growls. Otherwise, Scooter is described as well-behaved and obedient. He is both house and crate trained, and also knows what “sit”, “no” and “outside?” means. Sometimes Scooter forgets and begs for food (he was never allowed scraps), but if you tell him to kennel up, he will stay in his kennel until you are done eating. He does well interacting with other dogs, but he has never been introduced to cats. His spunky personality compliments his adorable face!
