MINNEAPOLIS --  Authorities have released the name of a Maple Grove man who was killed in an apparent fight over money.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office says 21-year-old Sean Maina died Thursday after he was stabbed near the University of Minnesota.

Twenty-three-year-old Brandon Bockoven is charged with second-degree murder and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Authorities say Maina was found wounded in a car in the Dinkytown neighborhood Thursday night. Bockoven was arrested at the scene.

Authorities say the two men knew each other. Two other passengers in the car told police the men were arguing over money that Maina owed to Bockoven for some auto parts.
