ST. CLOUD - Now that the line-up has been announced for "Summertime By George", work on the finishing touches for the weekly festival can begin.

St. Cloud Rotary Club President Diane Kroska says they began working on the line-up back in October.

Kroska says they also want to bring in new acts every year, to keep the festival fresh. New bands this summer include Martin Zellar and Lamont Cranston.

Kroska says pulling-off a weekly event that averages over 9,000 people takes a team effort.

The music starts each Wednesday night at 5:00 p.m. with the opening act, with the main band taking the stage at about 6:30 p.m.

While the bands are the main event each week, there's a lot more to the festival. Kroska says their food vendor area is also a fan favorite. She says they have to turn away hundreds of applications from food vendors each week. New this year, they'll be having food runners who will take orders from people in the beer garden.

The 12-week concert series runs June 10th through August 26th.

This is the second summer that the bandshell will be in place for the event.
