New Web Tool For Biking Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minneapolis-St. Paul's reputation as a biking mecca is one that state tourism officials would like to spread statewide.
Explore Minnesota Tourism has teamed with several other groups to set up a web tool to get more people in the saddle. It's at www.pedalmn.com .
The site includes mapping tools, lists of biking events, personal tips and trip ideas. One example: A mother writes on how she adjusted to biking with kids after she and her husband got rid of their second car.
