MnDOT to Hold Highway10/Benton County Road 2 Open House

RICE -- The Minnesota Department of Transportation is holding an open house Thursday ahead of plans to re-start the Highway 10/Benton County Road 2 interchange project in Rice.

You can attend the open house at Rice City Hall anytime from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday.

You'll be able to look at the project's layout and design, learn about the schedule and traffic plans and ask questions of the MnDOT staff.

The project was started last July and is slated to start up again in mid-April.

The $11.3-million project will improve safety and traffic flow in the area by replacing the signal intersection with a full interchange.
